Download/Launcher problem

Hi, 

I can't make new thread at technical issues, so I post this here.
I started downloading revelation via my.com games center, but it just closed after a while. I tried to restart the games center, but it says BigUp2.dll failed to load. I can't even uninstall the game and the games center because the same message apears. Any idea? Any1 else had this problem?

Please help.

      Hi, I had already installed the game once before. When I last tried to install it just went well until I had to press complete and turned out that I had nothing installed. According to my computer which is installed but when I want to want him, he gives the same error. If I want to install or uninstall the game it says: do you want to completely remove the selected applications and its functions. Than I hit Yes and the it says: error number 0x80040702 Please help.       Clash royale installing error

      Hi, In my galaxy tab 4 smT231 i have played lots of games. But now when i tried to play clash royale when i click install button, the playstore app shows that the game is downloading. But after eating my data the playstore app says that clash royale cant be installed on phone memory or sdcard. Error code :-18 Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
